i fully agree w/ nat(phenethaine).. some reasons why buying animals off ebay is bad.
1) Puppy mills. These are where most of the dogs being sold online come from. What type of person would sell a dog to the highest bidder and not know what type of home this dog is going to?

2) Spontaneous buying. People will be surfing ebay, see this dog, and buy it with out putting much thought into if they can take care of it. Then a few months later the poor dog is dumped at a shelter. If it's one of the lucky ones it will be adopted out or euthanized. If it's not it will be sold to a research laboratory.
3) Don't buy while shelter dogs die. So may excellent dogs are waiting in shelters for a good home. Why would anyone buy a puppy online when you can save a life? The dogs in shelters and rescues have been assessed for behaviour and health. The dog you are buying online has not. Before you rescue a dog, you are informed of any bad traits the dog may have that you would consider a problem (barking, chewing, etc..). These people want you to keep the dog and want both of you to be happy with each other. The guy online just wants your money and doesn't care what happens to you or the dog after he/she gets paid.
4) You need to meet the dog. All dogs have very different personalities. What if you get the dog and realize it's not the right dog for you? Come over and meet my dog and then tell me how pissed you would be if you got her in the mail(love you Raeya).
5) Dogs being purchased for bait. People are always looking for free and cheap dogs to used as bait for dog fighting. Their will be dogs that are up on ebay and don't sell as well as others. People purchase dogs based on appearance and not temperment and health. If the dog doesn't sell right away, it gets a few months older and no one wants it. Everyone wants puppies. These dogs are now being sold for next to nothing just to get rid of them. This where dog fighters scoop them up. The dogs need to practice on something. Their are only so many stray animals you can steal.

well i managed to keep my sleeve outline covered up for the most part for..what, the past 3 or something weeks.
my lovely dog likes to wake up me repeatedly, starting, sometimes as early as 4:30am.. like today. i usually go upstairs, dragging my blanket behind me, then pass out on the couch. that one arm happen to be out and above my head.
at some point i was sorta half awake laying there and he just said "i see you got more tattoos"
.."yup"
"well lets see if you can try and keep some of ur skin alone".. or.. something alone those lines.
sooo now im safe.. seeing that he didnt freak out on me over that i dont have to cover my arm as much and when the rest gets done i dont have to hide that.
